Stainless Steel Sintered Wire Mesh is a new type of filter material which is made of a multi-layer metal Woven Wire Mesh and sintered mesh filter is manufactured by a special lamination pressing and vacuum sintering method, and has high mechanical strength and overall rigid structure.
Sintered metal mesh of the layers of the screen are interlaced to form a uniform and ideal filtering structure, which not only overcomes the shortcomings of low strength, poor rigidity, unstable mesh shape, but also the pore size of the material.
The permeability and strength features of sintered mesh filters are reasonably matched and designed, so that sintered mesh has excellent filtration precision, filtration resistance, mechanical strength, wear resistance, heat resistance and processability.The comprehensive performance is clearly superior to work metal powder and ceramics. Other forms of filter materials like fibers, filter material, and paper.
Main use of stainless steel sintered mesh
1. Sintered metal mesh used in high temperature environment as dispersion cooling material
2. For gas distribution, liquidized bed orifice material
3. For high precision, high reliability high temperature filter materials
4. Sintered mesh filter used For high pressure backwash oil filter
For Stainless Steel Sintered Wire mesh, the standard material are SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L. Special Alloy Steel :Hastelloy C-276, Monel 400, Inconel600, SS904, SS904L, Duplex steel 2205 are acceptable based on customer’s requirement.
The standard size are 500×1000mm, 600×1200mm, 1000×1000mm, 1200×1200mm, and special size in range can be finished as requirement
